Oracles

Surf is committed to ensuring compatibility with as many assets as possible while seeking reliable oracle solutions and uses Chainlink and Pyth as a source of verification. We have developed an in-house oracle and published it through several Chainlink nodes with which we are working.

More specifically, for assets trading on centralized exchanges, the oracle price is the weighted average of multiple centralized exchanges, including Binance, OKX. Looking ahead, we are closely monitoring new chains and Layer 2 solutions to identify the potential for more decentralized integration with Surf.
