Surf Points (SP) act as the vouchers for the upcoming Surf reward airdrop. These SP can be converted into specific rewards based on the criteria set during the reward distribution period.
Surf Points are composed of 5
elements:
Airdrop Points
Trader Points
LP Points
Referral Points
Daily Points
Users can earn Surf Points through the above 5 avenues.
Surf Lucky Cards offers an exciting opportunity for participants to win Airdrop Points through a simple card-flipping mechanism. Each flip of a lucky card can randomly yield Airdrop Points. These Airdrop Points can be redeemed for Surf tokens upon the Token Generation Event (TGE).
This structured probability system ensures a balanced and fair chance for all participants to win varying amounts of Airdrop Points, enhancing the overall user experience and engagement within the Surf ecosystem. Surf may adjust the base airdriop points and probability of lucky cards based on the situation. Surf may adjust the base airdriop points and probability of lucky cards based on the situation.
Users must complete specified tasks before they can unlock lucky cards for the chance to flip the lucky cards. These specified tasks are:
Complete a perp trade.
Follow @surf_protocol on twitter.
Where "X" = 2, as of the mainnet launch and will be changed dynamically based on total trading volume.
Where "Y" = 50, as of the mainnet launch and will be changed dynamically based on total amount staked.
If your LP TVL is 0 at the time of distribution, you will not receive LP Points.
Users can earn fixed daily points by completing the daily trading task every day.
Additionally, surf provides extra daily point rewards for users who complete tasks consecutively for 3 days, 7 days, and 15 days. For Surf Protocol OG Pass holders who bind their EVM address on the NFT staking page, completing daily task or continuous tasks will earn them (N+1) times the points (where "N" is the number of passes held). For example: Alice is a non-OG Pass holder, completing the daily trading task earns her 200 daily points; Bob holds 2 OG Passes, completing the trading task earns him 600 daily points.
Where "N" is the number of passes held.
When distributing points, the consecutive days of completed tasks and OG Pass holding status will be checked.
The effective number of OG Passes for the extra daily points reward period is the minimum number of OG Passes held during the reward period.
For example, when distributing the 3-day consecutive trading reward, Alice held 1 OG Pass for 2 days and another for 10 days. In this case, the effective number of OG Passes for this points reward is 1, so the reward points = (1+1) x 1500.
